Gratuity is Elegible for 4 years and 100 days

We heard that per the new gratuity rule between 1 year to 3 year completed of services we can avail for gratuity due to this corona pandemic ...this law is passed in the parliament...?
A.Dear client, in my humble opinion the simple answer to thus question is yes. You can claim those relief after completing 1 year of continuous service.

Yes off course there are exemptions for this clause hence you are adviced to give scan copy of your appointment letter & relieving letter. example for software firms the exemptions are different, where the staff is working in night shifts there the exemptions are different
