Warranty of product bought online

Hello,
Not sure if this is the correct forum to ask this question.
Need your expert advice for the Warranty period of the product bought online. I ordered the product on 20-08-2021 from the WhirlPool website and the product was delivered on 26-08-2021.
The product has a warranty period of 1 year.
So my doubt is what should be warranty period start date
Should it be the invoice date or delivery date? Whirlpool is claiming that the warranty start date will be the same as the invoice date.
A.Dear client, the simple answer is yes. The Whirlpool claim is true. Warranty start from date of the invoice.
