Instant salary app - I want needed money

I want needed money so I can install the instant salary app. 7000 credited in my account for 7days. After 7days call me and repay 12812. I was not paid due to insufficient funds but instant salary customer care person says pay 5812 and i was paid. Still many times call me and what's app me and says paid total 12000.
A.Dear client, I am sorry to hear that but in my humble opinion you don't have any remedy as such however, you can still register a complaint to your nearby police station for the same.

Such apps are not fully approved by Reserve Bank of India and thus they cannot go to any Court for recovery of amounts advanced to you. Just away from them and ask them to recover the same through Court of law.
