A.lodge a complaint with the local police station for cheating and breach of trust. If police don't register your complaint as FIR then write to the SP and thereafter file a criminal proceeding u/s 156(3) CrPC or 190 CrPC. You can contact me for guidance.

A.You have to first make a complaint to the police. If there are others like you, try to join them along with you as complainants. This way the police will be more inspired to take fast action. Once you trace him police will take criminal action and all of you can file separate recovery suits against him.

A.Kindly file complaint with the local police station.
Once FIR is registered against him then the Police will arrest him.
Once he is arrested, then he can not escape from the Court and Prosecution.
In addition to this Police complaint, you will have to file Civil suit for recovery of your money.
