me and my brother are partners in our ancestral shop.now my brother has transferred his ownership to his wife without informing me.
1) can i take any legal action against this transfer
2) how can i make this transfer illegal
3) is she the legal partner now?
4) if me and my brother sell off this property is it valid?

A.In my humble suggestion, you can bring a case against your brother in order to restore your property.

A.Dear Sir,
You may initiate both civil and criminal actions against your brother. Civil litigation cost you more however presently go with criminal litigation and get back your property.
