Dont replace under DOA policy

I purchase a hp laptop which is metallic body after purchase it give electric shock. When i told them they tell that there is earthing issue with your power circuit. I told them earthing is our choice for safety in abnormal conditions but it is not compulsory but your laptop must work perfectly in normal conditions. But they dont listen to me and reject my DOA complaint for replacement.

A.Give a legal notice for replacement if they don't then file a case before the consumer forum.

A.ensure that you have with you the receipt of purchasing lap top and its guarantee/warrantee card. send a legal notice giving 20 days notice and then file a case in consumer courts.

A.Dear client kindly send legal notice through lawyer.if they didn't reply then you can file complaint into consumer forum.

A.You will have to send legal notice for the defective product and replacement by the company.
After the legal notice, if the company does not replaces the faulty product then you will have to file consumer case against the company for the remedy.
