Dishonest spouse

Hi sir/madam, me and my spouse are living together with kids, there is sudden changes in her behaviour, she is getting more secret calls, I have many times requested her, asked her daily I requesting and advicing, she seems to be listening, but daily she is repeating the same. I feel she is not true to me. No one else in family are aware of her calls. I can't leave her as we have kids , but same time even after telling so many times she is not true to me, always lieng to me, she is dishonest to me. Kindly suggest.
