Is secondary evidence like video admissible in the court,? when primary evidence was movable. No records or affidavit primary evidence were taken on records by police during investigation.
Can public prosecutor press the charges which were not imposed by police especially at the "Final Argument" stage?
A.Dear Client, yes such evidences are equally admisible in the court, however it depends upon the nature of the case. Thanks and hope it helps.

A.Dear Client
Secondary evidences like videos are admissible in the court but then the veracity of the video must be ascertained. All charges are pressed during the framing of charges stage but the courts have the discretion to add charges if found later on which should be added.
