I applied for the post of assistant professor according to the eligibility criteria given in notification. There m.phil holders prior to 2009 were eligible. But now the recruitment board is not taking them. I have qualified it's written exam with good marks and secured my name in the merit list. Plz give a legal advice.
A.You can challenge it only if they take lesser qualified persons instead of you. But if they do not recruit that post at all, you have no case.
