Cyber complaint -sbi Bank Account Got frozen

Hi , My sbi Bank Account Got frozen Suddenly on 17th August & I just visited Branch Afterwards They Told me That Someone(Name- shiv Kumar) Filed a cyber complaint Against A particular Txn for Upi fraud, i was Totally Shocked As that Txn Was done By my Friend "a" & Also It was An IMPS txn , My bank Credited That amount With the same name *jagdeesh* . I don't have any Txn In my account with Name shiv Kumar .
Bank only provided me a complaint Number , I visited Nearest Cyber cell Office & explained them the situation . They said It wasn't blcoked From Here You have to visit To that cyber cell office which had frozen the account . They also told me that might be "kumuda" got money from somewhere & then sent to you . Then i asked from my friend But Her account was Totally Ok Only my account freezed , it's been already 10 days & i am totally Clueless what to do as neither bank helping Neither any cyber cell .
Plz Tell me the solution As by this Logic They can Freeze my account Lifetime Without knowing Me anything .
Is There any Way To file a Case against Hdfc bank or cyber cell , I also want to file a defamation case against the complainant But I don't know him at all Who is he
..... And my concern is how can thirty party get my account details and transaction id which he mentioned in in complaint
