Fee refund from coaching institute

I paid 14k for pte coaching to an institute for online classes. First they assigned a teacher who did not know anything about pte, so I asked them to change it. Now they are postponing classes everyday and donot even share zoom link for classes. When I ask them, the person says ke mujhe maza ata hai jab aap bar bar call karte ho.
My question is can i go to consumer court for fee refund or do I just have to forget it

You can go to the consumer forum/commission against the online teaching company but before you do that you have to collect relevant evidence for deficiency of services.
