I went to this Clinic(X) regarding a skin fungal infection. The doctor promised that it will go and never come back. He exaggerated the infection and made it seem like if not them, then no body can cure it. Now the skin infection did not reduce and on top of that it is returning full-fledged again in a new area. When I started looking for documents to put a case on them, the registration form says that I signed knowing that the doctor or the org is not responsible for this and that they won't be liable if it doesn't work. They basically fooled me. I want to take legal action against them and I'm not sure if I can. It cost me 26000 for the most common skin infection. It was fooling by saying wrong information and misleading me. the treatment was for 2 years and the mental stress I had with the no working of the treatment makes me sad. I want my money back, I took it out of my scholarship hoping that it'll be cured. Is there anything I can do?
It is long process and you will get more mental torture if you go for a recovery process. You may sit in the clinic on daily basis and try to recover the same instead of going to consumer court.
