CAN I FILE A CASE AGAINST HIM.HE IS NOT PAYING MY BILL AMMOUNT FROM LAST 2 MONTHS .THAT BILL IS LEGAL TAX INVOICE ON HIS GSTIN NO. HE REFUSING TO PAY .AND ALL 80% OF MY STOCK IS ALREDY SALED BY HIM STILL HE IS NOT PAYING EVERY TIME I GO HE DENIED AND GIVE A NEXT DATE FROM LAST 2 MONTH HE IS DOING LIKE THIS

A.You can send him a legal notice along with a money suit for the money that you have to recover from him.

A.Dear Client
In this case you can send him a legal notice followed by a money suit which can be filed in a civil court for recovery of the due amount.
