I have bought an laptop worth rupees 125000 and in first 2month the screen of laptop was replaced and now motherboard has issue and my laptop didn't work at all I asked company to refund me that but they refuse it so am able to take refund for it

A.Respected sir, if your laptop is under the warranty period, then you are liable to get a refund or complete change of accessories of the laptop, if they still deny you shall file a complaint in the consumer forum, and get a refund. But we shall also look into the regulations and norms of the company about the warranty conditions of the laptop

A.Since your laptop is under warranty period so the company is bound to change all the defective parts in your laptop without any cost.. or else they are bound to change the complete laptop set if major problems arise... If the company refuses to do so then you can file a consumer complaint case before the consumer forum where you will get the money refunded which you have spent as well as you will get a good compensation for such harrasment also.
