How to deal with false 498 , if I have evidence against it

A.You can file an FIR against your wife for blackmailing or filing a false 498A case against you. Police in India usually do not favor such FIR, but if you make your case foolproof, the police cannot deny you to file an FIR against your wife.

If you have strong evidences against the false 498A case registered against you then you should pursue the case with your evidence and finally get the acquittal for yourself.

A.If you have relevant documents proving your innocence then kindly file a criminal revision case for quashing your fir before the hon'ble high court and once the fir is being dismissed then you can file a defamation suit against your wife also claiming huge compensation.
