498 - My wife has put false 498 Fir

My wife has put false 498 Fir , stating That on certain date and time I had gone to her parental home and demanded 10lakh but I have railway ticket of particular date and time and if investigation goes I will be seen in platform cctv between two stations. And her parental home is on another direction. She put allegations that i torture her, but I have the WhatsApp chat and text mssg evidence that she used the very bad slangs to me and my family. I did not reply with single slang , neither in msg or voice call. She also blackmailed me for 40lakh allimony on text MSG. Messeged me that I am impotent. Later I diagonesd through a reputed diagonstic centre cleary reports say I am all ok. What should I do now. ? Anticipatory bail I have got today. How should I fight for justice? Please help

A.Sir you should pursue all the facts and supporting documents that you have along with you, to stand innocent against all the allegations when the suit begins.

A.Sir you shall first get an anticipatory bail and further you shall pursue all the evidences to prove your innocence in the matter.

A.Dear Client
First of all get the anticipatory bail for yourself and then pursue the 498A case with all the evidence that you have which will allow you to win the case.

A.Kindly file a criminal revision case before the high court to quashthe fir against you... Produce all the relevant documents before the court and then file a complaint against your wife for all her wrong doings.. for defaming and harrassing you.
