My divorce case was dismissed My divorce case was dismissed

My divorce case was dismissed and nothing is mentioned about custody, i am trying to apply for passport for my minor son. Passport officials are not processing the passport because they want consent from my husband. I am not in a position to seek his consent. What can I do to get a court order to get permission for my child's passport.

A.Dear client, I am sorry to hear that but in this case If there is no custody decree served, you have to abid by law and seek the permission from the father of your child or else it might amount to certain Penal consequences.
