My grandmother gifted a land to my father on 1970. This land's plot number was 3008 when grandmother gifted. There after plot number is changed into 3008/3590. Now RoR kh 578 owner is my grandmother which consists 3008/3590.My father and grandmother both are died. Now how can I mutation to my father's waris that's my name. Help me sir.

A.Dear client, I am sorry to hear that however in cases like this one have to go through the will (if any). In case you don't have any will, and have no siblings then you can approach the Registrar office and civil court for the grant of heir certificate and accordingly proceed with it.
