PROPERTY REGISTRATION -made an agreement for purchasing agri land PROPERTY REGISTRATION -made an agreement for purchasing agri land

I made an agreement for purchasing agri land and fully paid money also took possession of land. land is in mothers name and legal heirs are two brothers and two sisters. I made agreement with elder son only. they have no legal heir certificate and made arrangement from some sources to get it. He said Rs50000/-to be paid to the broker to get certificate and asked me to share half of the amount ie 25000 to get it registered. I believe it is their responsibility to get the certificate and no need of sharing by purchaser. is their any legal remedy for that?

A.Dear client, since there is no will in place you have to get no objection certificate from all other siblings or else the registration of the property will not be valid.
