Respected Legal Experts: Kind request to help resolve my query. I have entered into a notarized sale agreement with Buyer number One. After a year now, I do not want to pursue that agreement as I have a much better offer and want to enter into a sale agreement with Buyer number Two. Can I go ahead with sale process with Buyer number Two? What are the implications? Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
