apllied for car ownership transfer but got a notice from authority of sign differ owner to be presnt... But owner refusing to go to authority.. What should i do??

A.Dear client kindly file police complaint against that seller.

A.It appears that your seller has forged the signature of real owner. Give a police complaint, truth will come out.

A.Request the seller to co-operate in the matter if you findthat heis not co-operating resind your contract and seek your money back after giving him a legal notice.

A.This is the mistake that we all do while buying a second hand car that we do not make and execute a sale agreement wherein we put all the terms and conditions which the parties have to agree. For example in your case you should have had a clause stating that the Seller will cooperate and help you in transferring the car to your name as and when required.
Now the way left to you is to request him or cajole him in whatever way you can. Also you can build a kind of fear psychosis on him by stating that in case of any criminal activity with the car or any accident he will be called by the police as the car is in his name. If right sense prevails on him then he should cooperate with you otherwise send him a legal notice.
