sir we purchased a land from protected tenant 30 years back , and we possessors of the land for more than 30 years and is to the knowledge of one and all more particularly to the original pattedars whose mame mominally appear in record. the protected tenant and original pattadar (3 members) promised us to reg sale deed in favour us , teo of them already reg saledeed infavour us, but one person along with protected tenant are trying to alienate the said property to the third parties by taking advantage of nominal entry in dharani portal, what is the solution for it sir

A.Dear client, I am sorry to hear that but in this case you can approach the Sub register office or file a case in the civil court.
