I have been cheated on the pretext of foreign job offer.. The agency told me they will give a work permit for that job and provide me with the visa but later on when I enquired about the process and the visa rules and regulations of that country I was shocked and came to know that the agency gave me a fake work permit ( for a foreigner to apply for a job in Czech Republic country the employer has to mention it in a central vacancy database and prove that he didn't find any suitable guy for this post and want to hire a foreigner for that post) and then I find out that in my work permit there is no such no registered.. So I now the agency is not refunding me my amount... How to deal with this
A.Dear Client, please sue such firms in the appropriate court. Is the firm Indian or has its office outside India? Or is the firm itself a fake one?
