Advance given but unable to get loan from my bank

Dear sir/madam, Iam an Union Bank employee.Recently i have give 1 lakh advance to one property. It has 18 years link documents..But my bank is asking for 30 years link for staff housing loan.. i asked the owner for advance refund but he refused.. how to get my amount back.. Transaction made in Phone pe app..
A.Dear Client, Please contact the bank people and try to explain the situation. Also, talk to the person whom you have made the payment already, if he is not agreeing, then file a lawsuit against him. Moreover, did you enter into any agreement with the person before making the transaction? Thanks
