A. Dear client kindly Register for adoption with either an Adoption Coordinating Agency or an agency certified by the Central Adoption Resource Authority.

A. Register for adoption with either an Adoption Coordinating Agency (ACA) found in each state’s capital city, or an agency certified by the Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) in New Delhi. CARA is a division of the Ministry of Women and Child Development.

A. Certainly your present husband has to adopt your son from first husband in order to be his father as per law. For procedures you need to contact me , send me your e mail id.

A. There is nothing here to be adopted legally. Your present husband is the father of your son from 1st marriage. Change the name of the father in all the documents of your son.
