N.O.C. for Adani Electricity N.O.C. for Adani Electricity

Respected Sir,
A member is the current owner of Flat No. A/604 & A/604A in A-Wing and he had purchased these both flats as a single unit with two separate agreement and Share Certificate each. Now the member had separated both flats by making a wall in between and both the flats already have separate door start from beginning. Now the member have requested a N.O.C. from society regarding to take a new electricity connection from Adani Electricity for his Flat No. A/604A.
Note: In M.C.G.M. property tax record these both flats is considered as a single unit 604.
Can society issue the requested N.O.C. for the same ?

A.Sir, it depends upon the bylaws if the society you exist in, whether they allow different Electricity connections for the same unit. Though electricity connection can be given separately to each and every flats / plots in the Society. You will get the Electricity Bills with the benefit of applicable slab tariff rate in respect of their electricity consumption. Such slab tariffs are lower than the tariff of Single Point Connection

A.Dear Sir,

You should not give such NOC because it is being treated as a single unit number 604 as such he cannot take NOC from you.
