Sir/madam
As mother gifted for auto to his son for his business purpose.. Even they made an agreement bond for the above auto expanses to son and mother. Now son passed away. As the case son wife took auto as it's her husband property. Now mother asking as it's gifted now need to close her loan amount..
What steps need to be taken care
