Separation from flat owners association Separation from flat owners association

We have 180 flats in our apartment built by the builder and it has a registered flat owners association as well. But flat owners of the A-Block building are not happy with the association and they want to separate themselves from the association and do development works for their building on their own. They will collect the maintenance amount every month from falt owners in thier A block building and that fund will be used for their building development works. Is this possible?

A.The answers to your all the problems lies with the competent authority which is the Development Authority of the area or you can approach to the registrar of the societies in this regard to get the direction, also in the by laws of the society.
