Hi, \n\nI had a leave and licensee agreement with a lady for a portion of my house where I dont stay and it ended on September 7th and she hasnt vacated the premises. She has filed for an injunction by stating it is a tenancy agreement and the got it till Oct 28th. What are the steps I should take to ensure that she vacates the premises ? Her intention is to not leave and perhaps take over the property.

A.Sir, for a clear view i need to read your licensee agreement and and the terms and conditions you've mentioned in it about leaving of the tenant.
