Landlord is forcing to vacate the house Landlord is forcing to vacate the house

Hi all, it's been almost past 4-5 months since I moved in to this rented house. At the beginning the landlord promised to give free water + free wifi + free parking and a decent fair of rent. As the days passes many other tenant came to landlord seeking for rental home. Because of which our landlord started the process of forcefully trying to vacate us. He started to scatter our garbage infront of our home, started arguments, also started to put extras charges which were earlier agreed that will be given for free like parking fee, water bill, common electricity bill and wifi bill. Now he's daily entering our premises and creating nuisance and trying to harm us. He also now charging 1rs for 2ltrs of water, wherein we use upto 6000-7000 ltrs per month, so we are now supposed to pay 3000rs aa water bill for the landlord and 300rs as parking+ motor + common electricity bills. Incase we happened to question him he cuts down the basic essentials like water supply to home, electricity at passage and stairs. Since we started to question him why were our essentials cut down he turned to us and broke the rental agreement and states that your rental agreement is broken now you have to vacate the house immediately or else will be forced to vacate. But I have paid all the access and extras charges levied by him. And I have got all the transactions records as well.
Please let me know what to do in this case.

A.Sir if your landowner is trespassing, then you must go ahead and lodge a police complaint under Section 441 of the Indian Penal Code. The tenant can also plead for interim relief from the court restraining the landlord from causing any further damage. Interim or temporary relief can be granted at any period of a suit
