Hi sir/mam,
My Nannaji died: year 2006 (have a daughter and a son)
My mother & mammaji gave relinquishment deed in favour of my nanni: (year 2006)
My mother died:2008
We got letter from DDA that my mom gave NOC that is dated in march 2010(Who is that possible)
My nani died:year 2011

Can I claim the property if there is a will or not?
There are 2 properties one that is DDA and another is my main Nanni house.

Can i file a partition suite?

( I tried my best keeping it short)

A.You can definitely file a partition suit, since it's an ancestral property and the property will be divided equally amongst all the siblings
