Duplex flat sold as two units Duplex flat sold as two units

The flat which has been shown as a duplex in building plan has been sold as two different units. I have purchased the unit which has no kitchen in the plan. But, it has been recognized as a separate property by the local authorities and all taxes are being paid up-to-date. Now, I want to sell this flat. Will it have a negative impact in selling my property

A.No, it won't be a problem but you have to clearly mention about the washroom and make it clear to the people who come to purchase the property
