Received non veg in vegetarian food

Hello,
I ordered vegetarian pizza from a popular chain restaurant and they sent it, but in that box along with it I found something suspicious. I sent the picture and asked what it was and they told me that it was non veg. I am a strict vegetarian. They apologized and sent me refund. Is there anything I can do here? Can I sue them?
A.It's absolutely unnecessary since they already sent you the refund. They can easily claim that it was a mistake the case will eventually die and it will be a sheer wastage of time and money for you.
