Hsg soc rule for leave and license Hsg soc rule for leave and license

My society is asking leave ad licence and other documents before 10 days of tenant occupying house. Otherwise they do not give gate pass and NOC to enter the tenant in society. Most of the tenants refuse to take flat on rent due to this waiting period. When raised issue they got the rule approved in latest AGM.

A.Dear Sir,
You may go to concerned Government office and see that such rule is withdrawn as it will be inconvenient to the prospective tenants.
