Bicycle seller not refunding my money

I'm sriram and I'm a national cyclist from Telangana state. I have seen a second hand bicycle (in delhi) for sale post in facebook. Seller said that the bicycle is in good condition so i paid 65000rs online transaction to him by seeing the only some pictures of bicycle. I said the seller that i didn't checked bicycle condition so after i receive parcel if the bicycle is in bad condition then I'll return it. So after i checked the bicycle condition it found very bad so i returned to seller again. Now he took bicycle but not returning my money. It's been 50 days now since i have paid him. What can i do in this case

In case money is not refunded by the company you can send a legal notice demanding payment of full dues. In case it is not done then file a complaint in consumer forum for deficiency in service. Also you can register criminal complaint of cheating against the defaultors.

You may raise complaint with Police or get issue a legal notice. But you must also check what are the conditions which the seller has put on the website.
