Refund of Advance Deposit

Due to corona, my business was not running. I negotiated with the owner for rent. He agreed. The condition of the building was not good from the start and seepage was there and the same was communicated to the owner. Now I vacated the place but the owner is not giving my deposit money of 1.5 Lakh back. He says I didn't maintain the building but the painter says the building is very old and construction is also not good but my owner is not ready to listen.
A.Dear client, int hai case you can send a legal notice followed by a money suit which can be filed in a Civil court for recovery of due amount.
