Recovery of Trade receivables

Our company (India-based) supplied goods to the UAE-based company in 2020, which has failed to pay for our goods. In spite of too many emails and other communications, there is no positive action from them. Please guide us on how to proceed further legally to recover the amount from them.

You can go to Directorate-General of Foreign Trade (DGFT). To settle disputes amicably, the DGFT introduced an online service module called Quality Complaints and Trade Disputes (QCTD) in 2019 that both importers and exporters can go to with their grievances.
