My friend sold his bike without document action . The person who buy that bike met with accident and sec person sitting back died in accident and bike was not insurred than who will pay compensation to person setting back
A.Your friend is not liable to pay for the accident, the person who bought the bike and met with the accident is liable to pay for the insurance
