FALSE DVC - 28 years of age

Hi, I'm 28 years of age (male) and got married in Oct 2019, due to the miscarriage of my wife, I came to know that she had a chronic disease (hepatitis B) which was hidden by her family, Drs diagnosed and said it's transferable to me, and she stayed with her parents for rest and she never returned to my home after reminders also, after 2 years, she sent a legal notice and also filed a complaint on me and my mother and included my married sisters and on my uncle and aunt (under DVC and DIWORY harassment case), now I request that any of u can guide me in removing the names of my sisters and aunt and uncle from this false case

The Domestic violence case is to be filed within 12 months from the date of separation as such it may be quashed if you go to High Court. However you have to face criminal case or you may again go to High Court to get it quashed.
