I have filed an FIR against someone for accident case but now i m out of town and won't be able to attend court proceedings so what can i do now

A.Dear Sir,
If you did not turn up court may issue warrant against you so better to attend and finish your evidence in consultation with Government Advocate that is Assistant Public Prosecutor and close the case.
