I have purchased the plot in 2021. Seller was one of the four son of late owner.land was registered and later mutation done in 2021. Now problem is rest of three son of late owner selling the same plot . Pls give me the legal advice

Land sale and purchase is a complicated matter and one must seek the advice of a good property lawyer before doing the deal. In your case if the land was an ancestral land then your sale is valid only to the portion which would have come to the son who sold it to you. He could not have sold all the land by himself.

A.Dear Sir,

You have to immediately go to Civil Court and get injunction order i.e., stay order from selling the said land purchased by you.
