my father bought a flat from a person in the year mid 1996 i have following documents sale agreement(notarised on 500rupee sp and signed before me) , power of attorney(50 rupee sp,notarised and attested), affidavit for sale(20rupee sp, notarised, attested), noc from society(not used, in my fathers name & 10 year old), original allotment papers of the original buyer but didn't did registration and stamp duty and cidco transfer
My father died 6 months ago, now what should i do, i have my mother
A.Sir, your father has done most of the part by following all the procedures and acting on them for the pre sale, but athe actual sale deed since it is not registered so your father has not made you the legal heir to the flat, wo you have to get it legally done now.
