Name correction on property documents

The name on my property documents is misspelt but i have corrected the property tax slip . Do i need the seller's sign ? And what if the seller is denying to sign ?
A.Sir, you need to get the name corrected on the sale.deed because if the sale deed is not corrected then will be a problem when they to sell the property

You need to get the name corrected in the sale deed because if it is not corrected then you might have problem later on when you want to sale it off. Get a correction deed registered or do it by a deed of declaration.

You have to get rectification deed from the vendor and get it registered. You may go to your vendor and convince him.
