Civil stand certificate Civil stand certificate

Hi, I live in switzerland and getting married here in December. The authorities here need a certificate of my civil status (single) from Indian authorities. Do you know who could help with this? I logged in to E-Sanand but that's only for educational certificates and I can't see any process for RACs.
