Policy Copy Recieved after Freelook Expiry Date as Insurance company Says it was credited to your EIA account which I never knew what it was Also the facts filled by agent were wrong which we pointed on receipt of draft policy but never corrected PAYMENT DEBITED TO MY ACCOUNT IN March 2022 , Insurance company claimed freelook expired on 12/4/2022 where as agent has sent me policy first time on 18/4/2022 and after 18/4/22 I emailed to return the policy in freelook period of 30 Days but Insurance company denied claiming policy was issued in March 2022

A.Dear Sir,
If you have any issue then there is an authority called Insurance Ombudsman to which you can lodge complaint online or offline and get settle the matter.

A.The insured will be allowed a period of at least 15 days (30 days in case of electronic policies and policies sourced through distance mode) from the date of receipt of the policy to review the terms and conditions of the policy and to return the same if not acceptable.
