E-commerce - I had ordered a product online E-commerce - I had ordered a product online

I had ordered a product online and it was delivered to me at ₹0 because the price was ₹0 when I had ordered. I even had received a confirmation call from the company before they shipped. They didn't say anything about the pricing at that time. But when the item was delivered they are demanding money through gpay without providing bill. What should I do?

A.Dear Sir,
You may either receive it by paying through GPay or just return the same. But, you cannot get reimbursement of your payment after paying the amount. That is tactics of business people putting you into embarasement.

A.Sir since you shave the mail regarding the amount to be paid, you can show it to the authorities of the shopping site and clarify the matter. And if further the case is taken to the court you can easily show the receipt
