A.Dear Client,
Your signing of bond for 5 years is an anti social agreement. You need not fear for their filing of civil suit for recovery of Rs. 10 Lakh. You can leave the company by giving resignation letter to them stating the reason for your leaving the company. You are at liberty to choose good company and employment to suit your career growth. According to you there is no salary slip. Then they must establish that they paid salary to you and you are in employment etc., Even if they produce, courts will see whether it is an enforceable agreement in a court of law. You need not worry and you can choose another company where you can work for your future growth. Take expert legal advice from experienced advocates if they file any civil suit for recovery of bond amount.
