Case stage- Fresh admission (without stay)

Dear sir /mam,
I have passed in a govt of Jaipur vidhut nigam ltd that govt psu. A writ filed against recruitment and stay imposted of 14 days with reply and date of listing was 17sept 2018. On 17sept 2018 due to advocate strike new date relase 26 sept 2018 and case status is showing Fresh admission without stay. What is it mean? Whether stay vacated or not?

A.dear client you have to wait for next hearing if your writ didn't receive any interim order from court

A.On the date of hearing i.e. 17th September 2018, the order should have been recorded as "Interim orders to be continued". Please check the order. If that is not the case then you have to wait till next date of hearing.

A.Dear client on which date stay was granted? Count 14 days from that date.
