I signed on offer letter which is not a Bond paper... And my probation period is also not completed... Is there any problem?

Reply

A. IF your employment contract says that you will have to pay one months salary or serve one month notice period then you don't have much choices but to pay them. In case you have not signed any agreement (usually it is part of offer letter) then you can ignore and move on.

A. Dear Client, As you are saying that you have not signed any bond paper, also you have not completed your probation period even , you are not bound to give nay notice and not bound to pay any paise to that company. simply reply on that mail with all. they can not do any thing , in turn if they are harassing and threatening you , then you issue a Notice for criminal action through a lawyer , for that you may contact

A. Going by what you have stated, it is already more that one month since you submitted your resignation. So you can request them to consider that period and issue a relieving letter to you.
