I have given resignation to my company on 07-08-2018 as i'm unable to do the work and i don't have that skills to do the job.my probation period is also not completed(my probation period is for 6months and i have joined on may 2nd-2018) .i got a mail from my company 0n 20-09-2018 stating that i have to pay one month salary for sudden resignation....i didn't sign on any bond paper....what can i do now?

A.dear client if there in no written agreement between you and company then don't worry and carry on with another job.

I signed on offer letter which is not a Bond paper... And my probation period is also not completed... Is there any problem?

A.IF your employment contract says that you will have to pay one months salary or serve one month notice period then you don't have much choices but to pay them. In case you have not signed any agreement (usually it is part of offer letter) then you can ignore and move on.

In my offer letter I don't found such clause and I signed on offer letter which is not stamped or any other Bond paper. That too my probation period is also not completed.

I did not sign on any stamp paper or bonded paper. I signed on offer letter but in offer letter which was given to me there is no such conditions... Offer letter is also not stamped or bonded paper... My probation period is for 6months and I left the job after 3rd month

A.By advocate Rameshwor dadhe dear sir if you are not sign any stamp paper then don't worry. Take normally. Company cannot privent you or detaine you. If company management using his illegal power then go to the labour commissioner office and made complaint against the company

A.pl. ensure that you have got your entitled emoluments andnothing is pending with th company,if so keep mum .I f you are still working and your resignation has not been accepted then situation is different.. for detail contact some advocate through vidhikarya.com

A.Dear Client, As you are saying that you have not signed any bond paper, also you have not completed your probation period even , you are not bound to give nay notice and not bound to pay any paise to that company. simply reply on that mail with all. they can not do any thing , in turn if they are harassing and threatening you , then you issue a Notice for criminal action through a lawyer , for that you may contact

I signed on offer letter... Which is not Bond paper or stamped paper... That too my probation period is also not completed... My salary is 10k

A.Going by what you have stated, it is already more that one month since you submitted your resignation. So you can request them to consider that period and issue a relieving letter to you.
