Sir, i was selected by company in December 2021 for mechanical engineering profile. In April they informed they are changing profile but didn't clear anything i mailed the HR which they provided but didn't replied. When i joined in July 2022 they gave me software engineering profile. When i complaint about this they said give time and we do internal sliding. Now it's September they are saying leave company or work as software engineer as per company requirements .
What should I do?
Who mistake is this ? Its a MNC so my 6yrs just go in Darin.!

A.Sir, since your case is not covered in the labour enactment, you have to take care of the matter with the senior authorities of the MNC very carefully,so that you font fall in any trouble further.

A.Dear Sir,
You have no rights for employee who are working in MNC companies. The Government issued circulars exempting MNC companies from the coverage of labor enactments. Please understand the situations otherwise you will be filed without any excuse.
